A Bay Area native, Manny is passionate about creating social and environmental impact through design. Manny holds a B.A. in International Business Management and M.B.A. with a concentration in Sustainable Enterprise from Dominican University, CA.
Throughout his 15-year career, Manny has excelled in various roles, from sales to project management and client relations. His business acumen allowed him to cultivate valuable partnerships and foster long-term relationships with clients who share his commitment to social and environmental responsibility. By leveraging his expertise in these areas, Manny has successfully steered initiatives that align profit motives with sustainable practices, proving that businesses can thrive while simultaneously making a positive impact on the world.

Manny's vision and passion for creating a better world led him to start private real estate firm, RSVE Capital Partners, to uplift overlooked communities and transform lives through the power of housing. Having witnessed the impact of how housing can change the trajectory of someone’s journey, Manny is excited to create new partnerships across the United States.

With over 15 years of experience, Danielle has worked a interior designer in hospitality, residential, including both high end single family and multi-family, commercial and restaurant design. Her expertise and knowledge from the variety of work has proven valuable and allows her to have an acute attention to detail. She loves taking on new challenges and never stops learning.
Danielle is passionate about design and believes there is always a solution that incorporates both beautiful form and function. Having worked on a handful of Class A multi-family projects, Danielle realized her interest in Real Estate and has grown from the experience of helping create homes and communities for people. Intelligent and thoughtful design is achievable at all budgets.
Danielle holds a B.F.A. in Interior Architecture and Design from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, CA. A Southern California native, Danielle has called the Bay Area home for the last 20 years.
