Manuel (Manny) A. Juárez, a seasoned entrepreneur with over a decade of experience, is dedicated to reshaping investment mindsets.
Manny’s passion lies in educating and empowering individuals to explore innovative opportunities with a holistic approach. He firmly believes currency transcends transactions, holding the power to shape future generations and communities. Through his work, Manny illuminates pathways to financial freedom, security, and fulfillment, encouraging individuals to step beyond the confines of the status quo. By fostering a deeper understanding of the interplay between money, values, and aspirations, he equips his clients with the knowledge and tools to make conscious, impactful financial decisions to exceed their goals.
Manny’s mission is to catalyze a paradigm shift towards greater financial empowerment, resilience, and well-being for all. He prioritizes his clients' relationships and operates on three core principles: how to create money, how to invest it wisely, and how to give back generously to charity.
Manny earned his Bachelor of Administration (BA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees from Dominican University of California. Today, he focuses on meeting his clients’ planning and asset management needs, bringing his expertise to the forefront of his daily endeavors.
A Bay Area native, Manny calls Oakland, California, home. Manny was recruited to play soccer at Dominican University and earned an athletic scholarship. Outside of work, Manny cherishes moments with his family, including his lovely wife, Danielle, and their two children, Román and Viera. When he's not with his loved ones, he enjoys playing soccer, watching MotoGP, or cycling through the scenic Bay Area landscapes. He is currently involved with the Be A Mentor organization which seeks to help children and youth from challenging and vulnerable circumstances develop the assets necessary to make healthy life choices, set realistic goals, act with determination and ultimately build vibrant successful lives for themselves.
Danielle E. Velasco
Client Relations
With over 15 years of experience, Danielle has worked a interior designer in hospitality, residential, including both high end single family and multi-family, commercial and restaurant design. Her expertise and knowledge from the variety of work has proven valuable and allows her to have an acute attention to detail. She loves taking on new challenges and never stops learning.
Danielle is passionate about design and believes there is always a solution that incorporates both beautiful form and function. Having worked on a handful of Class A multi-family projects, Danielle realized her interest in Real Estate and has grown from the experience of helping create homes and communities for people. Intelligent and thoughtful design is achievable at all budgets.
Danielle holds a B.F.A. in Interior Architecture and Design from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, CA. A Southern California native, Danielle has called the Bay Area home for the last 20 years.
